Counseling Services

I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families tailored to your unique needs and goals. I have advanced training in treating trauma, anxiety disorders, and ADHD and bring a compassionate approach to support your journey toward healing and growth. Sessions are available both in-person and over telehealth.

Supervision Services

I offer clinical supervision for candidates pursuing LMHC or LMFT licensure in Massachusetts. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you can develop confidence, deepen your clinical skills, and meet professional requirements. Additionally, I provide consultation and support for seasoned supervisors looking to refine their expertise and enhance their impact in their supervisory roles.

Group Counseling (Coming Soon)

While I am not currently offering group counseling sessions, I plan to introduce these in the near future.
